Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, country, role and requested part number. It also collects the optional manufacturer, company name, phone number and requirements you choose to provide. It records your consent, a reference and the time the request was received.

Purpose

These details are used to review your request, respond to product information requests, discuss owned stock, sourcing, packaging, testing and replacement or reproduction feasibility, and prepare a quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Enquiry source information

To understand which pages and channels bring enquiries, this website temporarily keeps a limited referral category, campaign labels and the first page visited in your browser tab. This information is sent to us only when you submit an enquiry, and is stored with that enquiry and included in the sales notification. We do not record full referring URLs, search terms, advertising click identifiers or your browsing history. No third-party advertising or analytics tracker is used for this feature. If referral information is unavailable, the source is recorded as direct or unknown.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s server-side database and emailed to our sales team using our email delivery provider. These service providers process the details needed to store and deliver your request. They are not published on the website or turned into public product pages. Do not include payment details or confidential technical designs in the form.

Corrections and deletion requests

You can submit a new enquiry with your reference and request a correction or deletion of an earlier enquiry. Only information needed to handle your request should be included.
